Villa Hanna is a newly built 3-bedroom villa with its own pool and tropical garden on a gated, secure estate in the Plai Laem area, with direct beach access. Two beaches are within walking distance — 5 and about 12 minutes — plus access to a large shared beachfront pool.

A spacious kitchen with an island and modern appliances flows into a bright living room with a large TV; the ground floor also has a separate office, a laundry room and a guest bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (two with a bathtub), and one bedroom opens onto a private terrace overlooking the garden.

The yard has a BBQ and outdoor dining area, a lounge with soft seating and sun loungers by the pool, and a separate building with gym equipment and a projector for movie nights.
